I.Installation of drawer circuit breaker

 

First of all, it should be in a vertical position and the universal circuit breaker should be manually moved to the disconnected position. At the same time, the switch of the body should be removed, and the drawer base should be fixed to the installation position of the switch cabinet with M10 screws, and then the circuit breaker should be installed. The main body switch is manually cranked to the connection position. Finally, the external connection busbar can be connected, but one thing to pay attention to is that when connecting, the busbar as a whole should be flat and not messy to ensure a good plane contact.

 

II.Fixed circuit breaker installation

 

First, use M10 screws to fix the main body switch of the universal circuit breaker to the installation position of the switchgear, and then make a reliable ground connection. There is a grounding symbol mark on the grounding screw.

 

After the installation is completed, the circuit breaker needs to be wired according to the relevant wiring diagram, but the following items need to be tested before the main circuit is energized to ensure that it is correct.

1.Check whether the state of the equipment is already in the energy storage position. Otherwise, it needs to be stored first by manual operation. Generally, the universal circuit breaker is basically in the energy storage state after leaving the factory.

 

2.Then check whether the undervoltage, shunt release, closing electromagnet and electric operating voltage meet the required standards, and the equipment can only operate when the undervoltage release is closed.

 

3.In addition, it is necessary to check whether the working power supply of the intelligent release meets the requirements, and whether the setting values ​​of the tripping currents such as Ir1, Ir2, Ir3, and Ir4 meet the actual application requirements.

 

4.Finally, after the universal circuit breaker performs the closing action, whether it is a release device such as undervoltage and shunt, or the O button on the mask, or the trip test function on the intelligent release device, it can be cut off.
